Our Newcomer Izumis One More Time

Our 7 months old male "Izumis One More Time" started last saturday his show career at the CACIB show Wieselburg/Austria.
He got at the puppy class a "Very promising" and than he was qualified for the competition "Best Puppy Dog of Wieselburg" in the honour ring
We don`t really thought that he will have a chance to be placed at the first 5 dogs, because there were so many dogs in the ring.
All puppy dogs which got a "Very promising" could start at the honour ring.There were more as 40 dogs of all breeds at the honour ring.

Then the judge Mrs Phyllis Poduschka-Aigner sorted 15 dogs out of them. All others must leave the ring.
Then she made a choice of 5 dogs.
We were very happy, because Butkus was under the best 5 puppies
This 5 dogs had to move again around in the ring.
Roland handled him very well, but we were very nervous- and Butkus ran like a young god to the sound of Britney Spears "Womanizer"

The suspense is mounting....

The third place goes to the Golden Retriever! The second place goes to the Border Terrier!
And the best puppy dog of the show is the.....
Staffordshire Bull Terrier!!!!!!!
First place!

Butkus got herewith the title BEST PUPPY OF THE DAY !!!!

We are so proud because till that moment never ever a Staffordshire Bull Terrier won a competition with first place in the honour ring in Austria!
It's the first time and a 7 months old dog from the UK made it come true!!!!
