Lisa Kronz est la capitaine de l'équipe Hyper Flight, Texas, et compétitionne en flyball depuis 13 ans. Cette équipe a couru un meilleur temps de 15.35 secondes avec 3 border collies et un mix. Cette équipe est la 4e plus rapide au monde. Elle est également éleveure de border collie et son élevage, On Target Border Collie, est un des plus réputé en sports canins. Les séminaire seront en anglais uniquement.

Lisa is a gifted instructor; she possesses an incredible “eye” and can quickly size up training issues and problem-solve effective solutions. Workshop attendees enjoy Lisa’s straightforward, motivational, and informative teaching style and come away with specific feedback that will help any team improve their performance, regardless of level of experience. Lisa’s workshops are fun and fast-paced, so be prepared to work hard and have a good time!

Puppy & Young Dogs Foundation Training

Day: Friday September 24th
Time: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Place: K9 Sense
Cost: Participants $50 auditors $25

Lisa will evaluate the structure of the dogs and talk about why structure is so important. You will work on building all of the drives: food, prey, mommy/daddy drive. The workshop will also cover body awareness/teaching body control, teaching ball possession and exchange for the tug, as well as lots of games to play to prepare your puppy to be a flyball dog. Lisa will also help you teach your puppy to think – a very important skill in the fast-paced sport of flyball!

Box Training and Striding

Day: Saturday September 25th
Time: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Place: The Training Hall
Cost: Participants $100 auditors $50

Lisa will show you how to teach that killer box turn right from the start. If your dog already has a box turn, she will show you how to make it even better! You will learn all about box props and how to use them properly, and about ball possession/exchange. Also covered in this workshop will be everything you need to know about striding: striding into the box, striding from the box to the first jump, and striding through the jumps. Finally, she will teach you a variety of games and drills to increase speed and
have fun!

Team Passing, Warm Up Plans, and Putting It All Together!

Day: Sunday September 26th
Time: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Place: The Training Hall
Cost: Participants $100 auditors $50

Your dog knows the box and jumps, so now let’s put it all together! Lisa will teach you how to keep it new and fresh for the seasoned dog. She will cover the ABCs of passing, how to make the most of your minute warm-up, and fun drills to do with dogs of all ages, from puppies to adults. Remember, “it takes a whole team to train a dog” – so come and learn to work as a TEAM!

Oui! C'est certain! Je prends un spot d'auditeur le vendredi, 2 working spot le samedi et un le dimanche. Pis je mange du Kraft Diner pour un mois pour tout payer ça! Si tu veux venir, envoie un courriel à Christine dans les plus brefs délais parce que les working spots partent vite! Spicy pourrais faire le samedi. Et si tu veux un lit, j'ai une chambre d'amis.

Oui, elle pourrait faire le dimanche. Elle connaît assez le sauts pour les faire.

Il reste quelques working spots le dimanche seulement. Par contre, les places d'auditeur sont illimitées les 3 jours.
