Banjo, nice picts. Wish I had yellow berried like this.

To answer your question, indeed your thread was locked. In a similar manner, all presentation threads are locked after 48h to avoid the "hello welcome to the forum" flooding. A good thing you opened a new one.

for the grade, I'd say grade S tiger tooth for the one we see in full.

thank you for your kind comments. i know that a lot of keepers like to have very clean looking tanks for shrimp breeding but i prefer a natural setting.
the shrimp keeper i first got CRS from had a similar planted tank although he had ADA soil and he always has good success with happy good breeding CRS. he has now had many generations of Shrimp grow up through his tank and they always look stunning with lovely colours.
My aim is to let them live and enjoy a home that is more natural with low light plants like mosses and fern's that dont need fertilisation or C02 injection to grow nicely.

no i am just waiting my first CRS to hatch in this new setup.
2 of my CRS female were berried around the 15/3 it's now 19/4 so a little long but i am being patient. temp is low so that may be a factor, what do you think?

now at 38 days and waiting!

yesterday i had an awesome purchase. CRS A-grade normally sell for around $10ea in australia, but i got 140+ shrimp including A-SS grades and 10 CBS for $300 (nearly $1400 worth) a breeder friend of mine was shutting down some tank to move house so i got all his excess stock... very happy , now i need more tanks Wink

Very nice tanks indeed!

(hi from new caledonia Wink )

PS: How is your convalescent CRS? Maybe pesticides will bring unexpected mutations to your shrimps? Laughing

most of the convalescing CRS survived, 12/16 and most have now grown up to adult size. the females have all berried also a few times now. my success rate with shrimplets is increasing also, which makes me very happy Wink
