Due to the great success of the previous trip in June this year with 52 participants, we are
organizing another trip to Tom Price in Wales and a Gypsy Horse Fair in the UK.
The trip is designed for those who want to know more about this special breed, to experience
the atmosphere of contemporary gypsy life, and of course for those considering the purchase
of a Tinker. The Tinkers are horses of gypsy origin, so what better than taking a look at the
source then?
We go to Tom Price, a leading breeder who knows about breeding programs, bloodlines, etc.
His herds are of more than 1000 Tinkers. Tom calls them Welsh Gypsy Cobs.
We have made sure there is plenty of time to ask Tom questions about this special breed:
What was the Gypsies goal when they started to develop this breed, how are they planning to
maintain the breed and what do they consider a ’good’ cob? We would like to know more
about the way of Gypsy. This way, we hope to make this trip not only pleasant, but also
educational.
We also make a visit to the Gypsy Horse Fair at Stow-on-the-Wold.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh sorry that i did not answer so soon . I had a lot reactions but i really do not speak France.

English and German is going good. I think this year hundreds foals will be born in the fields in the Uk .

But the best is to go to the fields and have a look . When more people going togeher it is better off course.

Anglais et allemand c'est OK. Je pense que cette année des centaines de poulains vont naître dans les champs anglais. Tinkerhoeve De Bonte Parels ( www.tinkerhoeve.nl ) est le représentant de Tom Price.

Mais le mieux c'est d'aller sur place et de jeter un coup d'oeil. Quand les gens y vont à plusieurs c'est mieux bien sûr.
