I am happy to be back in this forum again. I had tried to get back, but I think the forum was being reorganised.

There had been some chapters of my life added since I was last here.

I then lived in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman in the Middle East from 2008-2010. A rescued CAG was given over to my care. I called her Riamfada. Riamfada was a hauntingly beautiful magical entity of David Gemmell, the finest fantasy writer in the world. A name befitting to this grey.


She came to me as a frightened ball of grey and with wings asymmetrically clipped.

Thank you my friends.

I am sorry the pressure of work and lack of energy prevented me from
coming here more often.

An update.

Come 20 December 07, me and my wife will fly off to Taiwan
to be with sweet Tinkerbell again to mid January.

I will blog that daily into my Livejournal.

With the last farewell to Yingshiong, me and my wife
decided its just too
agonising to have to say goodbyes to creatures.

No birds will get inside house unless it is fried,
curried or roasted. Only when we are certain we
stay on for a few years (no such thing as forever in
our planet as of now), will we get a furry or
feathered companion to live with.

But wild beasties do befriend us.


At first, only crows and bush turkey came regularly
for the food I set for birds. The earlier flock of
crows that I disliked swarming about the food dishes
resolved itself to a single crow that condescend to
patronising us. I do like this particular crow that
you can see in video later.

We called the crow Princess Mononoke

And if you have not seen above, do yourself a BIG
favour and see that movie.

PM was given that name because she did this sound of
one of the Kodamas (forest spirits) in that movie. We
hung stuff in boxes that needed to be pull up feet
over beak like Tinkerbell pulling up target stick on
chain. PM did that after a few minutes and was the
only crow here that did that. PM is still painfully
shy and extremely wary, but less so of my wife. But
then, I had to leave for office too early in morning.
Placing food for PM to pull up (video above) became
a ritual for us.

If I have more time later on, I will go into formal
clicker training with wild creatures and see if that
will be the bridge into deeper relationships with them
to go beyond a bribe provider.

Rainbow Lorikeets still fly about the trees across the

road. I have yet to prepare the special food required
for them to try to entice them to us.

Two butcher birds that I mistakenly called currawongs
are regular friends. One friendly and the other still
very shy. The friendly one will fly through the open
door to sing to me to announce his presence and will
take mince from my hand. The shy one refused to take
from my hand.

A pied magpie is another regular caller on my
verandah, a most beautiful and elegant creature. He
apparently talk as captured by my wife in her videos

Bush tail possums came for their nightly feedings, a
one eyed possum and what I call 'mother and child'. I
was pleased that the possums will spook and run
away when other people walked on the foot path 30-40
feet away. Yet the possums accepted us sitting a foot
away from them. And just a few weeks ago, the child
allowed me to stroke his back as well. His mom got
used to me a while back already.

My wife keep a blog and update that a lot more
regularly than I ever did that perhaps you might like
to read as well. If you think you are a bad learner
driver, you have not known my wife yet. I think
driving instructors might even pay my wife not to
engage them as driving instructor. After all, I am
willing to continue to pay them to minimise stress on
myself in teaching her how to drive. She is a lot
better with birds and creatures than she is behind the
wheel.

Hi folks,

I am sorry to have been away from here so long.

A few other things had happen since I was last here.


When I came to Australia in Nov 06, I prepared plans
for Yingshiong future if my wife joined me here

It was another painful goodbye that I had to say to Yingshiong. That was on the 7 May 07. I flew back to Singapore to be with him, and then to hand him over to the Jurong Bird Park. If you go there, please ask to see Yingshiong at the South East Asia Aviary and listen to him singing there.
Leaving Yingshiong was painful even if not of the magnitude when I first had to say goodbye to Tinkerbell. I was lucky in that I flew back to Brisbane on that same evening. My wife was left in Singapore for a few weeks to be surrounded by YS things and the silence in the apartment.

The only way to prevent that is to close our hearts entirely. Then there will be no pain, and no beauty or magic either.

The leaving of Tink is more than a throbbing hurt. Much of my life still evolve
around her. When I went to work in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, I was hoping that would lead me back to Taiwan. Then I realised that was not going to be the case and my wife understandably refused to live with me in Saudi Arabia. I could not fly back to Taiwan to see Tink and ignore seeing my wife.

Thats why I am now in Brisbane down under. Where my wife is willing to come and live with me here. We can both
visit Taiwan together as Tink is her daughter too.

My wife is here for a month already. We just shifted out a couple days ago from my old flat to another with a balcony at least where I can interact with birds and beasts.

After YS, we decided we cannot cope with another farewell.
I promised my wife the only birdies that get into the apartment will be grilled, fried or curried.

I hope to make friends with the lorikeets , or pied magpies or cockatos or anything else outside in the balcony. They first might be attracted by food I place out for them. Then perhaps one might chose to be my companion and bonded with clicker training with me.

Hopefully, future partings with the wild birds might not be so traumatic on us.

Its been a long time I wrote to all since I came over to Brisbane.
I disliked staying in hotel and I quickly got a place on a 6 month lease to get out of that hotel. I am now counting down the 3 months left to end of that lease to get a house to stay in. Thats because I am not allowed to have any creatures, furred or feathered. As this place has no balcony either, I am frustrated by calls of rainbow loris, pied magpies, SC2s that sang in trees and ground and I not able to interact with them. So much so that I even befriended the redback under the steps of this leased apartment.

In office, I spend my lunch breaks by the side of a creek. There were these 4 water dragons. Eventually I gave them scraps and then I ended up buying kitty kibbles to feed them. My wife came over a couple of weeks last month and took some photos that you can see in http://www.flickr.com/photos/shimmertje/sets/72157594547160392/

Without any other creatures, they became my lunchtime friends, for three months. And in the last week, to the stage that I was able to rub the big alpha queen on her head. She kept the other three some distance away.

Then starting from this day Monday, I was seconded to a client and will be working with them on a big project. That meant I will be at their office and no longer going to my old office.
While thats exciting to me, I was sadden to say goodbye to the dragons.

Les derniers couples des jours étaient dépensent en assemblant les photographies et les videos
pris pendant l'intermède de Tinkerbell, une période du 1er novembre au 8 novembre
quand j'étais dans Taiwan à être avec Tinkerbell encore.

J'assortis les photos pour couvrir le jour par jour de Tinkerbell.

Les vols de Tinkerbell étaient très faibles au début. Yu l'a traitée
trop bien, lui prenant les délicatesses et le thé. En conséquence, elle à peine
a dû voler. Elle jamais n'a pendant longtemps fait des vols de rappel à lui. Cela
mené à lui n'essayant pas laissez sa mouche. C'était un cercle se développant en spirales triste.
Cela m'a pris juste un matin pour mettre bien dans mon "recyclage l'entraîneur".

Tinkerbell a dû être rappelé la joie du vol, et être donné la chance
pour voler encore. Dans les videos au temple de Confucious de parc de Chiayi, vous pouvez entendre
clairement les atterrissages lourds qu'elle a faits sur moi, aucun de ceux atterrissages doux de plume
d'avant.

Il était seulement une semaine plus tard, cela que je lui ai fait confiance avec de plus longs vols chez BanTienYen.

Pourquoi je suis allé à Taiwan pour ces vacances courtes on peut dire maintenant.
Quand j'ai quitté l'Arabie Saoudite, je suis allé à Brisbane Australie et ai accepté un contrat de 4 ans
pour travailler et vivre là. Je suis revenu à Singapour pour effectuer le travail de papier pour obtenir ce travail
visa pour l'Australie. J'ai su que ma tranche de temps sera courte. Ainsi j'ai dû voir Tinkerbell
quand je pourrais.

Il était chanceux que je ainsi. Hier, j'ai reçu les nouvelles qui les visas pour moi et mon joie d'épouse
ont été accordés. J'ai espéré commencer là au début de l'année prochaine. Cette compagnie alors m'a voulu plus d'aussitôt que possible.
Nous avons compromis du fait je vole plus d'à Brisbane le 26 novembre commençant le 27 novembre 2006.

Mon épouse restera à Singapour pendant quelques mois jusqu'à ce que le travail et la compagnie nous trouvent mutuellement agréables
pour cela à long terme. Alors elle volera plus d'et vivra avec moi en Australie.

Ceci commencé quand j'étais travaillant et habitant dans Riyadh, Arabie Saoudite. Alors j'ai lu cet article de BBC
en juin au sujet de la fonte russe de toundra. Nous avons su qui se produiraient. Mais j'ai pensé cela pour être une conséquence
du chauffage global. Que l'article a alors décrit le CO2 et le méthane emprisonnés dans le passé venir
hors de maintenant. Ainsi au lieu du pergélisol fondant par conséquent, cela pourrait jaillir soit donner de timebomb
nous même moins de temps dans un monde et société que nous savons.

J'apprécie plutôt la vie avec mon épouse MAINTENANT, que pour rendre des sorts de l'argent dans Riyadh pendant un futur plutôt incertains.
Il y avait d'autres raisons, mais ma préférence doit apprécier le temps qui est laissé à moi et mon épouse. Travailler et vivre
à Brisbane l'Australie sera bien mieux que dans Riyadh, Arabie Saoudite même si le salaire est moins.

Je ne discuterai pas si vous pensez différemment. En fait, j'ai espéré que vous avez raison, pour mon fils
et vos enfants, celui nous aurons beaucoup plus le temps à l'avenir. Si vrai des chefs sont trouvés et tous
de nous prêts et capables à accepter les changements énergiques de nos styles de vie courants. Isnt plutôt difficile il ?

Cela apportent vers le haut ce qui arrivera à Yingshiong devrait et quand mon épouse me joint en Australie.
Vous notez que je délibérément ai dû voler de nouveau à Singapour de Taiwan pendant que mon épouse volait au R-U
pour voir ses nièces.

D'ailleurs, Yingshiong est dans la salle de PC avec moi. Il a volé dedans pour me joindre pendant que j'écrivais cette lettre plutôt longue.
Si je l'ignorais trop long, il planerait au-dessus de ma tête. Ainsi je fais quelques rappels pour que la chance le traite
avec des millis.

J'aime YS aussi, même si pas au niveau à l'âme en tant que celui avec Tinkerbell.

Si j'et mon épouse ne peut pas s'occuper de YS, je ne laisserai pas YS être de nouveau dans un camp rond.
J'avais discuté avec Taufik avec les diverses possibilités et il était d'accord avec moi.

Yingshiong pourrait entrer dans le parc d'oiseau de Jurong dans la chute d'eau volière. C'est le plus grand volière de plain-pied
dans le monde. J'ai eu des discussions avec le niveau le plus élevé et ai donné une approbation de dans-principe pour Yingshiong.
Il y a 4 shamas masculins résidents là et un ou deux femelles parmi un bon nombre d'autres oiseaux. Il
soyez une lutte de la vie et de la mort pour Yingshiong. Mais je pense que YS a des 4-5 ans principaux. Je crois qu'il combattra
et soyez dominant ou découpez au moins hors d'un espace pour se.

Ainsi si n'importe qui entrent là à l'avenir, vous pourriez être audition Yingshiong chantant vers le haut dans la verrière des arbres.

Mon ami BK a offert à Yingshiong un endroit permanent dans son épouse volière et et belle énorme de shama pour lui aussi.
Mais personne autres que moi, BK, et quelques uns de ses amis n'entendront jamais Yingshiong encore. Il sera sûr là,
choyé pour le reste de sa vie.

Une autre option sera de libérer Yingshiong de nouveau dans la forêt appropriée. Ceci pourrait avoir le risque qui il
ne peut pas intégrer de nouveau dans la nature ou la capture par d'autres à maintenir dans un camp encore.

Il est encore trop tôt pour décider maintenant.

Tinkerbell Interlude photoset and videos, and start of next chapter of life


Hello to all my friends around the world,

The last couple of days were spend in collating the photographs and videos
taken during the Tinkerbell Interlude, a period from 1st November to 8th November
when I was in Taiwan to be with Tinkerbell again.

I sort the photos to cover the day by day with Tinkerbell.

Tinkerbell flights were very weak at the beginning. Yu treated her
too well, taking delicacies and tea to her. As a result, she hardly
had to fly. She never made recall flights to him for a long time. That
led to him not trying to let her fly. That was a sad spiralling circle.
It took me just one morning to put right in my "Retraining the trainer".

Tinkerbell needed to be reminded of the joy of flying, and given the chance
to fly again. In the videos at Chiayi Park Confucious temple, you can hear
clearly the heavy landings she made on me, none of those feather soft landings
of before.

It was only a week later, that I trusted her with longer flights at BanTienYen.
Look at the video where she flew at me, circled off with the leash screaming from
the reel and her breaking off and returning to me.

Why I went to Taiwan for this short holiday can be told now.
When I left Saudi Arabia, I went to Brisbane Australia and accepted a 4 year contract
to work and live there. I came back to Singapore to do the paper work to get that work
visa for Australia. I knew my time frame will be short. So I had to see Tinkerbell
when I could.

It was lucky that I did so. Yesterday, I received news that the visas for me and my wife Joy
were granted. I hoped to start there early next year. That company then wanted me over asap.
We compromised in that I fly over to Brisbane on 26th November starting 27th November 2006.

My wife will remain in Singapore for a few months until the work and company find us mutually agreeable
for that long term. Then she will fly over and live with me in Australia.

This started when I was working and living in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. Then I read this BBC article
in June about the Russian tundra melting. We knew that would happen. But I thought that to be a consequence
of global warming. That article then described the CO2 and methane trapped in the past to be coming
out now. So instead of the permafrost melting as a consequence, that might well be a timebomb giving
us even less time in a world and society that we know.

I rather enjoy life with my wife NOW, than to make lots of money in Riyadh for a future rather uncertain.
There were other reasons, but my preference is to enjoy the time that is left to me and my wife. Working and living
in Brisbane Australia will be much better than in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia even if the pay is less.

I will not argue if you think differently. In fact, I hoped you are right, for the sake of my son
and your children, that we will have a lot more time in the future. If true leaders are found and all
of us ready and able to accept the drastic changes in our current lifestyles. Rather difficult isnt it?

That bring up what will happen to Yingshiong should and when my wife joins me in Australia.
You note that I deliberately had to fly back to Singapore from Taiwan as my wife flew to UK
to see her nieces.

By the way, Yingshiong is in the PC room with me. He flew in to join me as I wrote this rather long letter.
If I ignored him too long, he would hover over my head. So I do a few recalls for the chance to treat him
with millis.

I love YS too, even if not at the level at the soul as that with Tinkerbell.

Should me and my wife cannot look after YS, I will not allow YS to be back into a round cage.
I had discussed with Taufik with the various possibilities and he agreed with me.

Yingshiong might go into the Jurong Bird Park in the waterfall aviary. This is the largest walk-in aviary
in the world. I have had discussions with the highest level and given an in-principle approval for Yingshiong.
There are 4 resident male shamas there and one or two females among lots of other birds. It will
be a life and death struggle for Yingshiong. But I think YS is a prime 4-5 years old. I believe he will fight
and be dominant or at least carve out a space for himself.

So if anyone go there in future, you might be hearing Yingshiong singing up in the canopy of trees.

My friend BK offered Yingshiong a permanent place in his huge aviary, and beautiful shama wife for him too.
But no one other than me , BK, and a few of his friends will ever hear Yingshiong again. He will be safe there,
pampered for the rest of his life.

Another option will be to release Yingshiong back into the appropriate forest. This might have the risk that he
is unable to integrate back into nature or capture by other people to be kept in a cage again.

It is yet too early to decide now.

Shama gathering at Jurong East.

She came with me to the Friday shama gathering at Jurong East about 3 weeks ago. She took this video of
those shamas singing. They even had this female shama hung in a corner to get those male shamas to try to sing better.

I thought they would be singing better than what they did with so many of shamas there.

I went again to the shama gathering at Bishan on Wednesday night 4 nights back. There were more shamas at Bishan
than in Jurong East. But the performance was about the same.

Greetings from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

My apologies for not appearing here for some time as I was settling in.



That disaster of Tinkerbell flying away had its silver
linings.

Not only that lead me to harness usage and the
developement of a safe comfortable and light harness
(only 3 grams in weight) to take her out in, that lead
us to the Yu family who is looking after her and
taking Tinkerbell out as should be the case.

I just received some photos of Tinkerbell from the Yu
family taken on 23 Apr 2006.

Just as fate brought us together, it may yet reunite

Aux amis de Yingshiong, J'espère que vous avez apprécié le temps que je fais dépenser avec Yingshiong le shama. Que d'oiseau de bidon une obligation volière timide timide en effet avec une qui le traitent comme égale et patient et peuvent être un oiseau de compagnon. Qu'ils ont mérité plus que juste d'être maintenus dans un camp ou un volière. Rappelez-vous que Yingshiong était vieux quand il est venu chez moi. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'aller obtenir un jeune oiseau de faire ce que nous avons fait. Vous pouvez faire ce que j'ai fait ou même améliorer des rapports I à gauche derrière. Peut-être je ne devrais pas l'avoir essayé avec Yingshiong du tout. Dans ce cas, personne dans le monde n'auraient deviné qu'un oiseau volière timide timide est capable de coller à être un oiseau de compagnon. Yingshiong n'aurait pas redécouvert le vol et également pas entralled tout le vous avec son comportement, singeries, sottise, amour, musique et surtout, sa magie. En quelques jours, je serai travaillant et vivant dans une autre partie du monde. Avec la crainte de la grippe d'oiseau, il est évident je ne peut pas penser à prendre YS avec moi. Mon épouse ne me joindra pas là car il y aura des restrictions à elle là qu'elle ne sera pas employée à. J'espère que vous avez apprécié nos comptes et regarderez sur vos oiseaux avec une lumière différente, soyez leurs becs soyez crochet ou directement. Je suis désolé dans le temps court que j'ai laissé, je ne pourrais pouvoir répondre à aucun de vous. J'ai beaucoup de choses à arranger dans ce temps court à gauche. Mais je ne le pense pas droit pour que j'aille sans mot. Vous savez que j'ai aspiré à être de retour avec Tinkerbell. Cette route que je prends peut me mener indirectement de nouveau à elle encore. Vous comprenez maintenant pourquoi j'ai décidé de ne pas avancer et re-essaye avec le harnais récemment. J'ai su que YS sera plus réceptif la deuxième fois. Mais j'ai su que je n'aurais pas l'heure de suivre à travers. J'ai dû également examiner hors d'autres paramètres si YS doit être occupé par mon joie d'épouse. Shama Yingshiong Chapter 1 ending - my last report



To friends of Yingshiong,

I do hope you enjoyed the time that I have spend with
Yingshiong the shama. That a shy timid aviary bird can
indeed bond with one that treat him as equal and
patient and can be a companion bird. That they
deserved more than just being kept in a cage or an
aviary.

Do remember that Yingshiong was old when he came to
me. You need not go and get a young bird to do what we
have done. You can do what I have done or even better
from the reports I left behind.

Perhaps I should not have tried it with Yingshiong at
all. In which case, no one in the world would have
guessed that a shy timid aviary bird is capable of
bonding to be a companion bird. Yingshiong also would
not have rediscovered flight and entralled all of you
with his behaviour , antics , mischief, love, music
and most of all, his magic.

In a few days, I will be working and living in another
part of the world. With the fear of bird flu, it is
obvious I cannot think of taking YS with me. My wife
will not be joining me there as there will be
restrictions on her there that she will not be used
to.

I hope you enjoyed our accounts and will look on your
birds with a different light, be their beaks be hook
or straight.

I am sorry in the short time I have left, I might not
be able to answer any of you. I have many things to
arrange in this short time left. But I do not think it
right for me to go without a word.

You know I yearned to be back with Tinkerbell. This
road I take may lead me indirectly back to her again.

You understand now why I decided not to go ahead and
re-attempt with the harness recently. I knew YS will
be more receptive the second time. But I knew I would
not have the time to follow through. I also had to
test out other parameters if YS is to be looked after
by my wife Joy. I knew there was this coming change
but it was not firm until last night.

Les jours suivants ont enregistré le rétablissement de sa confiance dans moi.

Je trace quant à ce que d'autres arrangements je devraient essayer ou jeter vers le haut de la serviette et juste apprécier YS seulement à la maison. Mais donner vers le haut signifierait une telle perte à YS aussi bien qu'à moi, cela qu'il pourrait ne jamais voler sans risque dehors et élargir son expérience au delà des murs et du plafond de l'appartement.

First failure at harnessing of Yingshiong

Folks,

While I posted the success of each milestones, I also
must post my failures as well.
Despite my earlier preparations for Yingshiong, the
actual harnessing of him was a disaster. The photos and details can be read

his trust in me.

I am plotting as to what other schemes I should try or to throw up the towel and just enjoy YS only at home. But giving up would mean such a loss to YS as well as to me, that he might never fly safely outside and broaden his experience beyond the walls and ceiling of the apartment.

Bonjour encore mes amis,

Je suis allé au fil sur des miroirs et ai lu les lettres là. Mais si j'écris là, ce sera une répétition de ce que j'écris ici.

Ce que le 'spécialiste 'dit sur des gris africains n'identifiant pas leur image dans des miroirs est seulement son avis et pas faits. Il a droit à son avis. Un gris peut demeurer immobile sur une perche. ce moyen que le gris ne peut pas catatonique et identifier et comprendre surronding ?

Juste parce que le gris n'a montré aucun intérêt pour l'image de miroir, cela ne signifie pas que le gris ne comprennent pas.

Je donnerai plus de degré de solvabilité à l'intelligence du gris qu'au 'spécialiste '.

Un shama est un oiseau territorial très féroce de chanson. Il y a de trois que le genre chantant de moi a entendus de Yingshiong.
1. Très fort le chant territorial avec le plein affichage tel qu'évaser de la queue fait varier le pas.
2. Tranquillité chantant et expérimentant avec les nouveaux vocals et le rythmn qui peuvent plus tard être faits à une partie de chant territorial fort
3. le chant très très tranquille, si doux que Yinghiong était sur mon épaule pour que j'entende cela. C'est a chanté quand je l'alimente et quand je joue avec lui.

Yingshiong est si territorial que quand il a entendu ses propres enregistrements, il entrera immédiatement dans le chant territorial fort. Même lorsque j'ai parlé avec un ami (David de http://shama.com.sg/) sur le handphone et ses shamas chantaient, Yingshiong a entendu que chant et éclat dans la chanson territoriale.

Un shama masculin pas , et ne peut pas tolérer un autre shama masculin sans combat.

Quand Yingshiong regardait dans le miroir, il chantait sa tranquillité chantant avec l'affichage peu territorial. Il n'a pas identifié l'image en tant que mâle rival. Ma croyance est que YS a su qui était son image, mais qui est seulement mon avis. Quand il m'a vu faire mon signal de main pour le rappel, il m'observait dans le miroir. J'ai essayé cela encore hier. Et il également immédiatement s'est tourné autour vers la mouche à moi. Les fenêtres sont aucuns d'air mouvements fermés et. Je ne pense pas qu'il m'a senti. Mon avis est qu'il m'a vu dans le miroir et l'a su qui était une image dans le miroir.

I went to the thread on mirrors and read the letters there. But if I write there, it will be a repeat of what I am writing here.

What the 'specialist' said on African greys not recognising their image in mirrors is only his opinion and not facts. He is entitled to his opinion. A grey can remain motionless on a perch. Does that mean that grey is catatonic and unable to recognise and understand the surronding?

Just because the grey showed no interest in the mirror image, that does not mean the grey do not understand.

I will give more credit to the intelligence of the Grey than to the 'specialist'.

A shama is a very fierce territorial song bird. There are three kind of singing I heard from Yingshiong.
1. Very loud territorial singing with full display such as flaring of tail feathers.
2. Quiet singing and experimenting with new vocals and rythmn which may be later made part of loud territorial singing
3. Very very quiet singing, so soft that Yinghiong was on my shoulder for me to hear that. This is sang when I feed him and when I play with him.

Yingshiong is so territorial that when he heard his own recordings, he will immediately go into loud territorial singing. Even when I spoke with a friend (David of http://shama.com.sg/) on the handphone and his shamas were singing, Yingshiong heard that singing and burst into territorial song.

A male shama will not, and cannot tolerate another male shama without fighting.

When Yingshiong was looking in the mirror, he was singing his quiet singing with little territorial display. He did not recognise the image as a rival male. My belief is that YS knew that was his image, but that is only my opinion.

When he saw me making my hand signal for recall, he was watching me in the mirror. I tried that again yesterday. And he also immediately turned around to fly to me. The windows are closed and no air movements. I do not think he smelled me.

My opinion is that he saw me in the mirror and knew that was an image in the mirror.

Un incident avec Yingshiong l'autre jour m'a rappelé une conversation au sujet des miroirs ici.

YS était dans ma chambre à coucher et il était devant le miroir de table de dressage faisant l'affichage à son image et chant.

Je suis entré dans la salle silencieusement mais il pourrait me voir dans le miroir. J'ai soulevé ma main pour lui donner le signal de rappel. Il a clairement su qui était une image. Il a immédiatement tourné autour de et a volé à moi au lieu de voler dans le miroir.

Hello again my French friends.

An incident with Yingshiong the other day reminded me of a conversation about mirrors here.

YS was in my bedroom and he was in front of the dressing table mirror making display at his image and singing.

I entered the room silently but he could see me in the mirror. I raised my hand to give him the recall signal. He clearly knew that was an image. He immediately turned around and flew to me instead of flying into the mirror.
