Thanks TJ, As I said he is bred from a Dominant Red Self Cock and a White Self hen. He as turned out to be a Good stock bird,I have bred 4 good young bird's from him, when paired to a Red Bar hen.Two Red bar pied hen's and Two Cock's same colour as him.I will take some photo's this weekend and post them.(Now that I have sorted out how to download them) Cheers Bill. -

I will take some photo's of him in the next few day's. He was bred from a Dominent Red Cock and a White Hen. I bought the White Hen at the VDT show in Dortmund in 2008 she was in the sale pen's as a (Cock) but turned out to be a hen (which I thought was better).She was bred by a guy named Sven Bode. I will post some photo's of this year's young bird's in a few day's. (Now I have sorted how to downloadthem) Best regards,Bill. -

Visited the 59.VDT Show in Erfurt. Drove over from UK with my friend Tom. Total mileage 1000 miles round trip, but well worth it. Not many Show Racer’s for sale but bought two Silver Check Hens 09 and 10 and one Yellow Check Cock 10. Very pleased with the bird’s But would have liked to buy two white cock’s but none for sale. Very good show and very well organized. Well done the VDT the VDT show commity. I will be going to the 60 show next year all being well -

Hi gands, I like the look of them all. They all seem to have that (Power in the Head and Good Beak setting). I've seen a lot of bird’s on the forum that are to weak in the head and incorrect beak setting. (But that’s just my opinion for what it’s worth). Well done and good luck with your breeding for this year. Cheers Bill.

I agree with you TJ.Nice bird's but a little weak in the beak and head. Head needs to be BOLD with plenty of POWER. I think some people are breeding more for colour instead of STATION and POWER.But that's just my opinion for what it's worth. Cheers Bill. (Cloughside Lofts) ps I would like to see them again when they are through the molt, as they will improve a lot.
