I absolutely need the cage that my Indigo is being housed in so unfortunately I have to sell him or trade him for something that can live in a tub that can be sold or is Carpet Python related. Hes been with Alex for the passed few months I bought him around a month ago but with all thats going on i have to reduce the space the animals take up in the house and I feel that it just wouldnt be right putting the indigo in a tub. Unfortunately due to unfortunate circumstances and an Insurance company that couldnt do its job properly in a span of 11 months and me needing to move out of my house in the middle of winter AGAIN, Im selling my 4 Tincs that I just got recently from Al Bickell of Friendly Geckos at the Montreal Expo. Im asking 60$ per frog with the exception of the biggest and nicest one (hes my favourite he'll be 75$) . However take all 4 Frogs with the Vivarium (acrylic very fine mesh so fruitflies dont escape) LAMP, Bulb and 2 Cultures of Springtails and 2 Cultures of fruit flies all for 300$. I have decided to put both of my Irian jaya 66% Het Granite Jags up for sale. These were both bred by Don Patterson and are siblings to Granite Jaguars. Picked up these two huge beautiful female Jungles from Derek(Museexotics) Im absolutely inlove with this first female Athena who is a nice yellow cream colour and huge (her colour looks like ass in both pics, 1 no flash she looks pee yellow and the other with flash so she looks white, but I gave up ) I find Jungles look so menacing in comparison to the others This next one, Diana (I may change the name to something that would match her attitude) Is MEAN, lol. Got Derek last night, almost got a piece of me too. And today she was nice sitting for her pictures but when I put her hide back over her and placed everything back the way she was she exploded, hide went flying into the wall of the bin. I gotta say she makes me a little nervous. But damn is she pretty. And Gates, the Granite finally shed, gotta say he looks even better than I thought he would!

Well these are my last Boas left. Two fantastic eaters and examples of their respective species. Its no secret to anyone that Im trying to focus on Carpet pythons now--unfortunately that means parting with my beautiful boas. 1) Emerald Tree Boa, 11 months old was produced by Port Credit Pets, been with me since the last Montreal reptile expo in March (2010). Male. Voracious eater eating a frozen mouse hopper or rat fuzzy every 7 days. Fantastic handling snake, very easy to manage never has attempted to bite me. Hes nearing the end of his colour change. I can include his terarium (exo-terra 12 x 12 x 18 and accesories inside but NOT the lamp) for an additional 30$, but he will need an upgrade very soon. Emerald - 525$ w/cage 555$ I also have all of his feeding and shedding records. 2) Sunglow Boa Constrictor 2010. Produced by Bayard at two monsters exotics. Purchased by me May 30th at the Ottawa reptile expo. She eats like a MONSTER on 60 Gram rats and will eat in shed sometimes even twicea week. Shes nearing 500grams. Very easy to handle, not shy--even comes out during the day. The reds/oranges on her tail are coming out very nicely. Very Pretty girl she will be 700$. Thats for sure, as far as I know this may be the only one in Quebec at this time (but I think Bayard at two monsters exotics may have some or a few hets atleast),Theres a few guys out in Western Canada working and producing them. I also have a 2008 Male 100% Het Granite, a Female 2009 100% Het Granite, a Male 2010 66% Het Granite Irian Jaya JAG and a female 66% Het Granite Irina Jaya JAG. So Quebec will DEFINITLY have more Granites and with luck granite Jags in a few years! I got the 5 Snakes from Donald Patterson they are Donald Patterson Line and Oli of Precision Reptiles line also. Big investment, big project but if I make one of these down the road:

Just started my two week vacation and I was kinda bored and kind of anxious for the CRBE, so to kill some of that anxiety I took out the carpets and screwed around with the camera! Heres the Carpet collection so far, this winter will only be my first attempt at breeding (Jungle Jag x Jungle) but the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons should be very interesting. Lets start off with Simba, this is the first time I havent used the flash taking pictures of him, kinda blurry and the neon light in his pvc cage exaggerates his yellow a little bit: Here is Strudel and she will(obviously) be put with Simba this breeding season, she aint the prettiest of Jungles but she'll be making Jags anyway. Next up are my pair of 100% Het Granites, Perseus ('08 male) and Medusa ('09) female. Perseus is a very shy carpet, he loves to run away and hide as soon as I open his tub. Medusa stands and fights 24/7, she is the only one of my snakes that I am reluctant to handle, she loves food, maybe too much and likes to bite me even more. Perseus: Medusa, got a blurry tongue shot but a tongue shot nonetheless, not that its hard to catch her flicking her tongue, she watches my every mood gets up in an "S" and lets the tongue go wild. Hopefully Perseus' shyness and "scaredy-catness" will even out Medusas "rip-Your Face off" and theyre babies will be nice and mellow , jk. And now, the 2010 1.1 Possible Het Granite Irian Jaya Jaguar Carpet Pythons (thats a long name). These snakes have some of the coolest eyes Ive ever seen (tried to show em off in pics but did a bad job) Their eyes are so copper in colour, it looks like fresh pennies in person. Kierra: And Koda, my favourite besides Simba. I wasn't really looking for anymore males, but this guys drop dead Gorgeous even if he doesnt prove out Granite (hes 66% and Kierras also 66% so HOPEFULLY I dont have crap odds and one of them proves out atleast) I'll still keep him, My pictures arent great of him but in the ones don sent me right from when he was born he looked white and his jag patterns red.

Alright so I am putting my Male 2008 Het Granite up for grabs. Great deal on this guy, He could very possibly breed this winter. He eats both rats and Jumbo adult Mice (though he prefers mice, if feeding adult mice he'll feed for me every 5 days, whereas rats he is a bit more reluctant to eat twice a week). I bought this little dude off of Don Patterson who got it from Oli of Precision Reptiles and I have been guaranteed that it is a het. The snake, HOWEVER does seem to have two very small kinks in its tail, Ive been assured by Don that its not Genetic and the snake mustve suffered some kind of mechanical damage at some point, neither I nor Don are sure how or when it happened. The kinks are so slight you have to position the snake in a certain way to see them, this shouldnt affect his ability to breed at all. Im offering him up cheap (much less than I had paid) because I will be getting a '10 Granite for my '09 Female 100% Het Granite at the CRBE, But I do not NEED to sell this animal as I can just keep him and create possible hets and such this winter or if my Female gets there breed him to her in Winter 2011-12. That being said 300 is NOT the final Price and delivery to the CRBE is possible Ill be in the area September 17th to the 19th. At this time Im looking for cash or ball python morphs or adult Jungle Carpet Python Females, Ill take into consideration other carpets too. Thank you.

I tried breeding her late to a beautiful red brazillian rainbow male (shes a very nice orange BRB) but I think I tried too late into the season, Ive not seen any lock ups, but I suppose there is a very small chance that the male got the job done (like a MINISCULE chance--however the male did successfuly breed to another female this year but that was months ago) Anyways Ive missed the BRB '10 Season with her, so rather than try again next year, Ive decided to put her up for sale or trade. Even if you dont want to breed her, shes a very nice looking Specimen--Shes however a shy eater, she eats 150 gram rats but she does NOT eat infront of me. Very nice adult female for a NEGOTIABLE 200$.
